12. PROCEDURES:
a) Buyer signed FCO to be accepted for both parties.
b) Buyer send with the FCO a letter of fund from his bank signed from two officer bank indicate that the full amount of the shipment is ready in the buyer account.
c) The buyer allow for soft probe banking to the seller side to check up the available funds bank to bank.
d) The Seller will issue Draft Contract
e) POP against POF bank to bank
f) Exchange of Hard Copy Contract
g) Seller issues non-operative Performance Bond
h) Buyer issues operative DL/C activating Performance Bond
i) First shipment commences within as per final contract

 10. Delivery: 30-35 days from opening the bank instrument.
    
11. PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of  L/C shipment value

9. PRICE: USD 3.400,00MT USD / MT C&F ANY MIDDLE EAST PORT

8. PAYMENT INSTRUMENT: Irrevocable, transferable, divisible and confirmed standby letter of credit (SBLC) (ISP98), payment within 3 banking days at sight by MT103 after presentation of shipping documents.
