moving eggs in and out of the cooler. With UltraEgg?, the cooler can be used for other needs. UltraEgg? is safe to use all day at room temperature. In all other liquid whole egg
products, harmful bacteria growth begins once the product is removed from the cooler.

Frozen eggs take 2-3 days to defrost. If enough product isn't thawed, demand cannot be met. If too much product is defrosted, the unused eggs will quickly spoil. Regulatory
agencies appluad this product because there is no thawing period which promotes bacterial growth. UltraEgg? can be stored in the warehouse or under the bench and is always available for
immediate use. UltraEgg? will produce a much more consistent product, as it is maintained at a consistent solids content and can be introduced to the batter at the same temperature.
