Wisselaar uses an unique Ultra Pasteurizing production plant by witch the fresh flavor of the milk will stay in tact but nevertheless the mix has a shelf live of 250 day's without refrigeration. Vanilla dairy ice cream mix is packed in 12,5 kg Bag in Box or 2 x 5 kg Bag in Box. This mix is suited for every type of ice cream machine.
