Starch, colourant, salt, egg yolk, flavourants.
1. Blend together custard powder and a little of the milk.
2. Bring the rest of the milk to and sugar to the boil.
3. Add custard mixture to the milk and return to the heat.
4. Bring back to the boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring well.
5. Serve hot or cold.
