Frozen Yogurt Powder

It is very practical to prepare this product. All the user has to do is just add 6 litres of skim milk to 1,5 kg of the powder. It is stirred well and then poured into the soft ice cream machine. It is ready to serve in 10-15 minutes. Concerning it is served as 100 g, 75 portions can be obtained from that mix.

Frozen is a dessert similar to ice cream, but lower in fat. It may be sweet or sour and may or may not contain the live bacteria cultures present in regular yogurt. Like ice cream, yogurt can be made in nearly any flavor imaginable. But the main difference in between the soft ice cream and frozen yogurt is that hundreds of different topings, sauces, fruits, nuts are added to that product.
