Southwest Cheese is one of the largest block cheese and whey protein producers in the United States. Established in 2006 through a joint venture between Glanbia plc and Greater Southwest Agency, Southwest Cheese produces premium quality cheeses and whey protein ingredients for markets worldwide. Located in the center of eastern New Mexicos rich dairy region, we use only the freshest dairy ingredients for all of our products.
