Ice Cream

Our Jersey Ice Cream is all about taste and texture. Ice Cream is something we get very worked up about - we believe we are only as good as our last ice cream and the pressure is always on to improve. Homemade and handcrafted it is a work of art. We use fresh Jersey cream as our main ingredient and always strive to find the very best flavours. (Sometimes we just can't find what we are looking for or maybe the quality is just not good enough. Then we will see if we can make what we are looking for.)Tens of thousands of "ice creamers" come to Snugburys to eat seriously good Ice Cream. We guess that everyone must tell their friends and neighbours as we started in the kitchen, it seems like yesterday!The most difficult thing is to choose a glorious flavour. We all have our favourites, mine at the moment is honeycomb, it is fab, however we have just made some frozen yoghurt, and I am really in love with Strawberry.
