Ideal for bakery - pastry and biscuits industries, ice cream and chocolate - based product.

No preservative are added.

Ingredients: Whey, Refined palm fat, Whey proteins, Emulsifier: Mono and diglycerides E471
The Fat oil percentage can be different accordingly to the use desired, could be between 20% and 80%.
