CREAM

"This cream is made from oily mixture that remains after cheese making. it is run through the separator and this oily cream is collected. It is used in sweets ad in cooking, and also in the main ingredient of butter. We package our cream in 500 gr and 1 kg PVC plastic buckets or 17 kg tins for local consumption, and in specially lined cartons, in 15kg for export.
