Type of Usage : Every kind of pastry, cream, tart, in ice cream making, decoration for sweets, in fruit salads as a filling.

Methods of Usage : If it is preparing with water, for 1kg. powder whipped cream, in summer 1,5kg. / in winter 1,750gr. of cold water should be added. If it is preparing with milk, in summer 1,750gr. / in winter 2kg. cold milk should be added. After mixing about 4-5 minutes, it should be kept waiting about 15-20 minutes in fridge. It  is used directly.

Product Specialities : It has the vegetable oil inside but does not contain animal additives. After it is whipped, you will get %300 of high volume. Whipping period is important and should be keep whipping according to the time that is written on  recipe. Otherwise, there will no expected performance. It contains real sugar but no sweetener. Does not make crackings, souring and does not turn yellow and breaksdown. It is durable product and has a delicious taste.
