The Cheese Valgrana Piemonte, is a hard, semi-fat cheese, it is made by cow
milk by a slow maturation process during a whole year . The wheel is cylindrical,
slightly convex with a weight from 30/35 Kg. The cheese is hard, with granular fine
structure and light yellow color. The taste is delicate similar to Parmisan. It is
consumed by its own in pieces or granulated.
