Ingredients: corn syrup solids , fructose, pea protein, oat bran extract, coconut fat, inulin, salt, dipotassium and dicalcium phosphate (stabilizer), emulsifier E472e, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)

May contain traces of milk at a level which would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.
 

Uses:   for drinking, cooking, baking.  It can be used to replace fresh or dried milk, can be mixed in with cereals as a healthy breakfast and can be added to coffee or tea.  It can also be used in soups and sauces as a thickener instead of potato starch of wheat flour.
