Note: our smoked trout cream cheese was first created at a fundraiser event for then Governor of Vermont Howard Dean at the Lilac Inn located in Brandon, Vermont. Soon after, chef Noel started producing smoked salmon and garlic herb cream cheeses.
Once all of the ingredients are folded into the cream cheese it is then packed and placed immediately into the walk-in cooler for distribution.
Our cream cheese spreads are made fresh to order, using only Philadelphia cream cheese.
After gently whipping the cream cheese in small 20 pound batches we then add Noels own smoked salmon or smoked trout and other fresh ingredients. The texture of our cream cheese is very smooth with
that gourmet taste!
