Butter powdered serum is elaborated from butter serum from cream of the highest
quality that
has been pasteurized and equilibrated prior to the separation. Butter serum has been pasteurized,
concentrated and dried by atomization. This product is a homogeneous curd-free powder, with
cream color, characteristic smell and water soluble.

Butter powdered serum has many applications for products in which milk solids are required.
Some of the known uses of this product are in the elaboration of ice creams, bread, pastries,
pastas, soups, chocolates, jams and food drinks.
Butter powdered serum is packed in kraft multilaminar paper bags with anti humidity barrier and
with internal polyethylene bags. Metallic clamps or seals are not used. Each bag has a net product
weight of 25 Kg.
