Our ice cream toppings are designed for use on ice creams and desserts. They are packed in plastic bottles of 600 or 1200 g with pipe. The toppings do not solidify fully on the cold ice cream, but keeps a nice soft consistency.The ice cream toppings are typically used in ice cream bars, coffee shops and restaurants.Following tastes are available: chocolate, strawberry, caramel, blueberry and hazelnut.Our range of fruit jams is used in the baking industry and bakery workshops and also in ice cream and dairy industries.For use in baked goods the jams are made heat resistant, meaning they can be run through the oven without flowing out too much. After stirring in the bucket the jam is easy to spread if desired.If used in ice creams the jams are made freeze stable, meaning the jam keeps the jamy consistency even in the cold ice cream.Parameters like fruit content, water content, flowing properties are discussed with each customer to make a product that works perfectly for the specific application.Example of tastes: strawberry, raspberry, apricots, apple, blueberry and cherry
