Milk Powdered Serum is a product of high solubility obtained by atomization of the milk jam
serum resulting from fresh cheese after casein and fat removal. The remaining liquid, enriched in
vitamins, minerals, lactose and non casein proteins, is processed and dried by the atomization
process. The non hygroscopic serum powder offers a broad range of functional benefits, in
addition of being an economic substitute of non fat solids from milk. It is used as ingredient for
processed drinks and foods subjected to high temperatures. As extensor of milk solids, it improves
taste, color and stability of those products containing milk derivatives.
