Egg powder

 USE: as an ingredient of pastery, macaroni, cakes, mayonnaise and other food products.
 APPLICATION:  use instead of fresh eggs. 1 kg of the powder is equivalent to about 90 fresh eggs. It can be blended with dry flour or prepared by adding lukewarm water in proportion 1:3 and mixing until it forms a thick pulp. To achieve the best result it should be prepared from 0.5 to 1 hour before use.
 STORING:  in a cool, dry place
 STORAGE LIFE:  12 months
 PACKING:  plastic bag and 3-layer paper bag containing 25 or 10 kg net
