Conditions and terms of storage. Dry egg products are stored at the temperature not higher than20? C and relative humidity not more than 75% not longer than six months, at te temperature not higher than 2?C not more than two years.

Organoleptic characteristics: Colour from pale yellow to bright yellow, homogeneous all over the mass; structure powderlike, lumps are easily squashed; taste and flavour peculiar to dried egg, without extraneous taste and flavour.

Products fits all requirements of STB ISO 9001.
