Fivemiletown produce a range of cheddars of all maturities as well as reduced fat options. Our cheddars are made to the highest standard and are versatile; contain a good portion of calcium for healthy teeth and bones as well as other vital vitamins and minerals in useful amounts.  From mild cheddar which is a good introduction to cheese for youngsters that are fussy eaters to an exquisite Organic Vintage mature cheddar which we have waited for 2? years to come into its own, all our cheddars dont leave our Creamery until they are ready and at their best.
