an alternative to dairy whipped cream.
Pasteurized during its manufacturing process and packaged
under hygienic conditions, our product increases significantly
in volume and its texture holds up well. Like dairy whipped
cream, it can be used year-round in making cakes, as a
topping, and in all sort of dishes. Because it is pasteurized,
it has to be kept at + 4 ?C (39 ?F).
