Fabrelac is a manufacturer of industrial Mozzarella located in Bree Belgium.
Since 1992 we produce blocks and round bars (sausage-shape) Mozzarella
this mainly for the major pizza manufacturers in Europe.
Fabrelac currently exports to 15 countries, we have a yearly production of approx 9000 MT Mozzarella.
Beside Mozzarella we also produce ice mixes, cream and derivatives of whey.
Fabrelac is a flexibel company who can react very fast on needs.
We don't try to become the biggest producer in Europe, but to stay the most reliable partner for our faithfull customers now and in the future.
Fabrelac produces blocks 10 KG and organic Mozzarella.
