Cheese Grated Mozzarella

Mozzarella - ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, milk-rennet, salt. Mozzarella cheese in cylindrical packages. Often known as the pizza cheese, mozzarella is mild and delicate and is often molded into shapes. Besides pizza, mozzarella may be used to top any baked italian dish, including ziti casseroles, lasagna, and veal, chicken or eggplant parmesan. It may be marinated in good olive oil and herbs as an antipasto. Bread and pan(or deep) fry mozzarella cutlets and serve on a pool of marinara sauce. Fresh mozzarella is moist and soft, quick-melting, and delicate tasting(a little bland). Mozzarella's flavor is unmistakable and unique. Our mozzarella can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature comprised between +2 and +4 celsius(35.6 - 39.2 degrees fahrenheit) for up to 45 days. This mozzarella cheese has the characteristic of not burning once cooked on the pizza or food dishes. It's ready for use and is also offered as shredded, sliced or in cubes. This product can also be sold as frozen!
