Our ice cream coatings are supplied to ice cream factories for use when dipping ice cream sticks.The standard ice cream coating has a high content of refined vegetable fat, hence a low viscosity. This gives a nice thin layer of coating on the ice cream stick.We can also produce ice cream coatings with higher viscosities if thicker layers of coating would be desired.The coatings are solidifying quickly on the cold ice cream stick, so the coating is fully solid when reaching the packaging station.We are producing ice cream coatings in dark, milk, white, hazelnut and coloured types.
