This cheese after being made from fresh milk is kept in a temperature-controlled environment for a certain period of time for aging .Blue cheese is one of the French soft cheeses and due to the blue veins is known as blue veined cheese.The inner part of the blue cheese is soft, cream in color, with small spores full of blue-green mold.
