After sizing process they are washed. After carrying process they put into disinfection pool. After this process they are put into cutting machine with the carrying machine. Regarding our customers request we cut it 4 or 6 pieces and put it to wicker basket for drying process. Every wicker basket capacity is 88 pieces. After these process they put into first drying in the middle temperature approximately 45 minutes. After this process tomato release its first water. The tomatoes passing discoloration process put into drying tunnels. It takes 3,5-4 hours. After semi dried process ( %65-75 humidity) they are brought to inspection department. The tomatoes which passed from quality department put into first freeze step in 0 ?C .They stay here approximately 2 hours. After it they put quick freeze in %?40 ?C. After this they put in to stock department in -18 ?C . During the shipment they are packed in 10 Kgs.After this they will put the containers in -18 ?C For additional information or question please do not hesitate to contact with us.
