The Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries of Korea has designated cucumber as one of 8 nutritional sea products. The Gonogo (SnS), a species of cucumber, is a rare seafood that gourmets enjoy as much as they do the Gonowada. In addition, the Gonogo is so rare and nutritous that gourmets find it difficult to acquire it even though they like it so much. Even among gourmets, many havent tasted yet the Gonogo, which is as a stamina food as it strengthens sexual capacity. The sea cucumber has strong reproducibility, enough for it to restore some part of its body even after it is divided into two. Meanwhile, herbal botany says it helps create sperms and strengthen stamina, and thereby prevents blood vessels from aging; lowers and stabilizes blood pressure; and stops hardening of arteries. It is also a highly effective anti-cancer agent, and helps spur the growth and development of children as it contains calcium, which is needed for their skeletal formation. The sea cucumber is the best stamina-fortifying food among seafoods. [ Storage ]Store the Gonogo in the freezer right away, and after thawing it, enjoy it as much as you want. [ How to Eat the Gonogo ]For the best-tasting Gonogo, mix it with rice and add sesame, lavers, salt, and egg yolk. It is well-suited with laver, so if you cover it with laver, it will be more delicious than other salted foods.
