This product is a nutrient-dense meat that has been made lightweight by drying. A pound of meat or poultry weighs about four ounces after being made into jerky. Because most of the moisture is removed, it is shelf stable can be stored without refrigeration making it a handy food for backpackers, golfers, sports enthusiasts, beach goers and others who dont have access to refrigerators.
M & M FOOD PRODUCTS CORP. Ltd. was formed in April, 2001 to process and sell jerky. We gave our jerky products a name, JERKIES. Our newly constructed factory is located at Najomtien at 108/5 M. 6,
Najomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi. We currently sell to golf courses, numerous nightclubs around Pattaya and now selling our products in Food Mart in Jomtien. Were in the process of setting up
distributors throughout Thailand.
With our jerky, the special marinating process seals the flavour of the spices throughout the entire meat and not just on the surface. The more you chew our jerky, the more it releases its natural great flavour! People love our incredible flavours and will keep coming back for more.
