PRODUCT
J.P.B. sells its own brand of frozen potato products. The products are of high quality; only the best A-quality potatoes are used to ensure that the french fries are also of the
best A-quality. The French fries are available as straight cut, crinkle, steakfries, shoestring and coated french fries. The following frozen potato specialties can be delivered:
Potato Cubes, Potato Croquettes, Pommes Noisettes, Pommes Crousty, Pommes Douchesses, Pommes Dauphine.
PACKAGING
Various packaging possibilities are available: 4 x 2.5 kg and 10 x 1 kg.
USAGE
J.P.B. supplies supermarkets, institutional markets and foodservice companies.
SIZES
The following sizes are available : 6 x 6 mm (Alumettes), 9 x 9 mm, 10 x 10mm, 11 x 11mm, 12 x 12mm, Stackhouse. Crinkle Cut 10 x 10mm
TRANSPORT
The transport is carried out using 20-ft or 40-ft Reefer containers. The containers are kept at a temperature of -18 C. Depending on the potato products that are loaded, between
22 ton and 24 ton per 40 ft HC Reefer container can be loaded.
