Maria Rosa's, a boutique bakery in Albuquerque, NM, specializes in commercially reproducing old-fashioned cookies from recipes passed down to Maria Rosa from her mother and grandmother. One
of her favorites as a child was a recipe for ginger snaps. Now she has kicked that recipe up a notch by adding traditional New Mexican red chile powder, giving these delicious cookies some
