Boil the water and pour Gaz Angabin into it and put over low heat. Gaz Angabin will melt without boiling. Then pass this liquid through a piece of cloth to filter it. In this stage, discard the scum and wait until it sits well. Then break the eggs and stir the white well. Then put it into Gaz liquid and stir well with a very thin piece of wood. Remove the solid parts and regularly clear or smooth it. Then add sugar and heat until it becomes hard in cauldron. After that add a little egg white to it and stir regularly so that it becomes hard like sweetmeat. Then add pistachio kernel and ground cardamoms so that it mixes. Then pour flour on a tray and empty the liquid into the tray. Then make ball forms and put in another tray and let it be cool and dry. Now Gaz is ready.
