Our Smoky flavour has a smoky second taste that you only experience once you've chewed for quite a few seconds.
We use only the best (Grade A haunches) to produce our venison jerky sourcing locally reared wild venison from the estates of Sutherland. We then slice, marinade, and air dry, the strips - producing some of the best jerky available in the UK.
Our venison jerky is made in our factory unit in Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland from wild deer roaming free.
