Our Cracked Black Pepper flavour is coated in peppercorns to give your mouth that 'heat hit' when you crunch on one.
We use only the best (Grade A haunches) to produce our venison jerky sourcing locally reared wild venison from the estates of Sutherland. We then slice, marinade, and air dry, the strips - producing some of the best jerky available in the UK.
Our venison jerky is made in our factory unit in Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland from wild deer roaming free.
