Due to use of original manufacturing process, dried squid is notable for its rarely white colour and exclusive thin cutting that gives distinctive flavour and savour.
It is manufactured of environmentally safe marine squids fished out in the Pacific Ocean. Only soft squid carcasses are used for manufacture. It has a soft velvety structure.
Dried squid is an excellent dainty and a traditional snack. This is a healthy valuable protein product. Squid excels fish and meat of domestic animals in protein, B6 and PP vitamins content. Non-use of deeper reprocessing preserves nutritive materials and natural colour of Pacific squid.
