For years you've ask for it... We heard you and here it is... Unlike most Texas Jerky we had to do ours a little different. Instead of smoking it and drying it out so it was thin and chewy... we left a little "meat" on the bones. I guess you might say our turkey jerky is a "thick" cut jerky. Taste just like our deep Fried Cajun Turkeys... only with a touch of hickory smoke. Yes!! It was worth waiting for...
