Place the nori on a bamboo mat. Spread vinegared rice over the whole surface of the nori.
You can use readymade vinegared rice if you wish.
Place some cling film on the bamboo mat and turn 1 over so that the nori is facing upwards.
Place the crab stick and avocado in a line on top of the nori and roll the mat away from you. You can make a neat roll by rolling the mat so that the front edge of the nori covers the
filling.
Press down to firm up the shape. Spread the tobiko across the top of the roll and sprinkle the green nori flakes on too. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Another delicious filling you could try is a combination of crab meat and thinly sliced onion in mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
Adding some white sesame seeds and itogaki (thin strands of dried bonito) to the tobiko and green nori flakes on top also enhances the flavor
