Ingredients
1 Mango, ripe
8oz Fresh Mozzarella
? Red Bell Pepper
? Bunch Fresh Mint, leaves removed
? Cup Salad Oil (not olive)
1/8 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Sea Salt and White Pepper
Method
Peel, core and slice mango into strips, or other
odd-sized pieces. Drain and slice mozzarella
into 1/2oz sized pieces. Core and seed pepper
removing inside white parts from the inside,
then cut into strips. Separate mint leaves from
stems. Arrange all items on either separate
plates (pictured) or platter for a party.
Combine oil and vinegar and season with pepper.
Sprinkle the salt over the salad and then spoon
the dressing over that. Enjoy!
