Descriptions: This premium Spring tea is much richer than most Tie Guan Yin teas and produces a fine liquor with a very light emerald colour and a taste that follows all the way to the back of your tongue. Tie Guan Yin's essence is reproduced infusion after infusion especially when brewed gongfu style. We consider this to be among our favorites. Therefore, for someone unsure of which Oolong or Tie Guan Yin to try, this tea offers a fantastic (though spoiled) place to start. With such a high quality Tie Guan Yin, a small brewing vessel with very hot water and the right proportion of leaves becomes very important.
