Green Tea

The processes involved in producing Green Tea are different from producing CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl).Green Tea can be produced only with extremely tender leaves. Instead of withering the tea leaves, production of green tea involves roasting and rolling these leaves at very high temperatures. Green Tea is sold domestically in 25 kg jute bags in the province of Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir. A sizeable portion of the produce is exported to Afghanistan, CIS, Germany, Morocco, Poland and the United States.
