Please note: 4-6grams per day is the traditional consumption for medicinal benefit.

Fresh boiling water,  pure or filtered may be used for second cups.

Pour on fresh boiling water, pure or filtered, prepare 20 minutes before drinking.

Allow one sachet for 2 cups or to taste
