How to make?
Add one teaspoon to a tea pack and add to 1.5-2 liters of water (3 or 4 pints) and boil for 5-10 minutes. Drink hot. You can reheat as many times as you need. Once made can be microwaved too! Even easier if you have an electronic pot, put it in, turn it on and forget about it. Hot tea all day round! Enjoy before, with and after meals.

Mix and match!
Not a tea person? No problem! Make a strong brew and leave it overnight to stew, by the morning it is closer to coffee than tea but without the bitterness. Add milk, sugar, lemon, apple, cinnamon and make your Gheal truly you.*

Not just a drink!
Crush the used leaves to use them as a skin pack. Burns, scalds and blemishes can also benefit from the properties.


Gheal is available in labeled jars as shown in the photo. One jar contains 130g of Gheal which should last one month assuming that 1 teaspoon is used daily. In the event of larger orders, we can ship with the customer's own label, customer's preferred jars or just send the tea itself for the customers to pack as they see fit.
