Subject to confirmation of your willingness, we will be able to send you samples for your perusal. The Samples will be supplied free of charge. However, the delivery charges will have to borne by your organization.

We do transactions only through LC opened with a reputed bank in your country subject to Confirmation from HSBC Colombo. As a policy, we do not extend credit facilities to our buyers .The LC terms are not negotiable and irrevocable, payment should be made in full upon surrendering the shipping documents to HSBC Bank Colombo.

We need to understand the volume of tea you trade per month or anum.This will enable us to serve you better and will help us to plan our purchasing more efficiently.

In order for us to deliver a quality product, we need to understand your quality requirements / Standards and the parameters for us to maintain consistency of supplying specific teas. Some times, it is mandatory for us to develop standards in consultation with you.
