It was invented by Mr. Fangsheng wang from an hui province. He is still alive and living in Anhui province. After the artsitic flower tea was invented, many more types were developed. The flower tea is made of green tea leaves with flowers wrapped inside. Put a piece of "tea ball" into a high and wide glass, and pour in boiling water. Then you can see the artistic tea blooming slowly.
