In an industrial area near the Calcutta dockyards, caressed by the cool waters of the neighbouring lakes, stands a testimony to our tea legacy. The serene surroundings of the tea bag factory are in sharp contrast to the environment inside , where the rythmic pulse of machines at work sets the pace. Production technicians in overalls maintain a keen vigil as the machines throb with their task. In this controlled environment quality is an inherent process, running seamlessly along, as a range of packaging requirements from around the world are unceasingly met.Virtually every kind of tea bag option is available : String & Tag Bags (with or without envelope) in weights of 1.5 to 2.5 gms. Pot/Float Bags (with 4 sides heat sealed) in weights of 1.8 to 3.5 gms. Jumbo Bags (with 4 sides heat sealed) in weights of 10 to 20 gms. Tea bags may be packed in cartons , trays , chestlets or even pouches. Inner liners like aluminium foil, poly or paper are available, if required in addition to over-wrapping of the primary pack. Secondary packaging options include shrink wrapping, palletization and stretch wrapping. We package both branded and generic products for our customers across the globe. Branded products includes buyer's label, supermarket label and our own Silverpot label .The Silverpot brand comprises of two ranges - Classic and Premium . Silverpot Classic is an aggressively priced product which compares favourably with major brands .On the other hand , Silverpot Premium is targeted at the high end of the market and is available in two distinguished blends --Assam and Darjeeling.
