How to make Lemon TeaIf using Lemon Grass, boil 2 cups of water with lemon grass. When thewater starts boiling, add a tsp of tea powder/ tea leaves. Remove fromstove after 5 seconds & serve with a
tsp of sugar for each cup.
If using lemon juice/concentrate, add a tsp of sugar to each cup& 5 drops of lemonade. Mix well. Boil water separately, while waterstarts boiling add 1 tsp tea powder & let boil for 10 seconds.
Pourin cups & Serve
Lemon Tea can be served piping hot or it can be cooled to roomtemperature, poured over ice cubes in a long glass tumbler &served.
