Decaffeinated Black tea (Camellia sinensis) 42%, Spices 58% (Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), Pepper
(Piper nigrum), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum))
Precautions:
Cinnamon and Ginger are not recommended for long term use during pregnancy, only one cup per day is recommended. Alos Tannins in tea may reduce the absorption of iron and calcium.
Directions for Use:
Pour freshly boiled water over one tea bag per cup and leave to steep for 3 -5 minutes. Use honey to sweeten if required.
