Dongding Oolong Tea

This is one the Chinese "Ten Famous Teas" and has the reputation of being "The King of Taiwanese Teas".
It is produced in the Lugu tea district of Taiwan where the climate is cool and the mountains remain locked in mist all year round.
The tealeaves are a curled up ball shape that is thick and tight. The brew is a glossy golden color that gives off the scent of ripe fruit. Its taste lingers on the palate.
The Dongding Oolong Tea from our company uses carefully selected fresh tealeaves with their hairs still intact for our special roasting process. The rawness and bitterness of the tealeaf is removed to only retain its most natural nutrients. The tea is of impeccable quality, its fragrance long lasting, good even after repeated steeping and can be appreciated for a long-time without harming the stomach. This is a product that our customers really love.

Brewing Method
A pottery vessel is recommended for brewing. After warming the teapot with boiling water, fill approximately 1/4 of the teapot with tealeaves.
Pour in boiling water (soft water recommended) heated to over 95 degrees. Wait one minute then the tea can be poured out and enjoyed.
The tea can be steeped repeatedly with the brewing time adjusted according to personal preference and the thickness of the brew.
