These waters are the result of a lengthy repeat distillation process cycle by which the roses are actually steam boiled and then condensed back into the steamer/boiler for several days thus extracting the essence of the rose while trapping/preserving that essence within the body of the rose water. It is important to note that this is only done while the rose is just about to bloom at which time it carries its maximum aroma and essence.
