Ginger [Zingiber Officinale] 50% [1000mg per teabag] Liquorice [Glycyrrhiza Glabra] ,Lemon Grass [Cymbopogon Citratus] 19%, Peppermint [Mentha Piperita],Pepper [Piper Nigrum].

Directions for Use:
To make herbal tea: Pour one cup of freshly boiled water over a teabag. For maximum flavour steep each teabag for 4 to 8 minutes depending on strength required, before removing. If sweetening is required try honey. Milk is not required. Best served hot.
