*Drinking Method:Longjing Tea generally steeps two bubble,taking 3-5g from it ,putting it in one transparent glass , pouring about a quarter of 80^oC to soak them,which is called the bubble invasion.,and then adding the boiling water around 80^oC ,3-5 minutes later ,you can smell the incense , watch the color and taste it.When it leaves 1/3 of the tea ,you can pour boiling water ,usually it can add  boiling water 2-3  times

Also known as Dragon Well,the tea is low in caffeine and has a remarkable cooling effect,even when served hot. Longjing tea is high in anti-oxidant polyphenols like other green teas.The tea brews a light yellow green,with a floral cup and a long,sweet finish.

*Grown in West Lake in Hangzhou,Longjing Tea is considered as the best of green  tea.Two unfurling leaves and a budare hand picked and pan fired to prevent fermenting.
