Our newest Bolivian green tea is an excellent full bodied tea with a strong full flavor and a truly unusual taste. The tea is processed differently than most, using a rotovaned process that pulls the leaf through a drum that distorts, crushes and curls the leaf, while generating heat to add to the enzyme activity. The small leaves emit a honeydew aroma and yield a light jade green cup with a delightful touch of sweetness. Brew tea at 180? - steep for 2 minutes.
